What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all live plants. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within the first month, please contact our support team with a photo of the plant for a replacement or store credit.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. To avoid plants sitting in transit over the weekend, we typically ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays depending on your location.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes, every plant comes with a detailed care card outlining its specific light, water, and humidity requirements. You can also find comprehensive growing guides for all species on our website.
